Who we are
Jenk is the Instagram account @samjenk.ai, run by Sam Jenkins in Sydney, Australia. Questions about this policy: samj@bizzy.au.
What this covers
Our free giveaways on Instagram. When you comment a keyword on one of our reels, or send us the keyword in a DM, an automated system replies and sends you the free resource in your Instagram DMs.
What we collect
- Your Instagram username and the ID Instagram gives us for your account.
- The comment or message you sent us, and which reel it was on.
- Whether you follow @samjenk.ai, checked at the moment you ask for the resource.
- When you tapped a button in our DMs, and when you opened the link we sent you.
We don't collect your password, email address, phone number or anything else from your account. We don't buy or sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
How we use it
- To send you the resource you asked for.
- To avoid sending you the same thing twice.
- To keep some giveaways for followers.
- To count how many people use each resource, so we know what to make next.
Who else sees it
Meta, because the comments and messages go through Instagram. Our hosting providers (Vultr for the server, Tailscale for the secure connection to it, and Cloudflare for this website) store or carry the data on our behalf. Nobody else.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months. Records older than that are deleted automatically every day.
Your choices
- Delete your data: email samj@bizzy.au or DM @samjenk.ai with "delete my data" and your username. We delete it within 30 days and confirm when it's done. More detail.
- Stop messages: we only message you after you comment a keyword or message us. Don't comment a keyword and you won't hear from the system.
- Ask what we hold: email us and we'll tell you.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
